Accepting these terms
By accessing or using Beecon, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet the minimum digital-consent age that applies where you live. If you use Beecon for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.
Your account
- Provide accurate registration information and keep it current
- Protect your password, passkeys, devices, and recovery methods
- Do not sell, transfer, automate, or share access to your account without permission
- Notify Beecon promptly if you suspect unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law
Your content and license
You keep ownership of content you create. To operate Beecon, you grant Beecon a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical delivery, display, and distribute that content according to your privacy settings.
The license ends when content is deleted from active systems, except where copies must remain temporarily in backups, legal records, safety systems, or content shared by others under a lawful basis.
Acceptable use
- Do not harass, threaten, exploit, or expose another person’s private information
- Do not publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or sexually exploitative material
- Do not spam, manipulate engagement, scrape restricted data, or operate unauthorized bots
- Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security and access controls
- Do not upload malware or use Beecon to facilitate fraud or dangerous activity
Moderation and reporting
Beecon may review reports and restrict, label, remove, preserve, or disclose content when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain the service.
Moderation decisions may consider context, severity, repeated behavior, and credible risk. Reporting tools must not be abused to intimidate others or submit knowingly false claims.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid Beecon plans are not active until checkout is enabled. Before purchase, Beecon will display price, billing interval, included features, taxes when applicable, renewal terms, and cancellation controls.
Future payments will be processed through Stripe. Refund, cancellation, and renewal rights will follow the checkout terms and mandatory consumer law in your location. Beecon may change plan features or pricing prospectively with reasonable notice.
Third-party services
Beecon depends on third-party infrastructure and may link to third-party services. Their availability, terms, and privacy practices are controlled by those providers. Beecon is not responsible for third-party content or services beyond obligations imposed by law.
Media may be optimized on your device, then stored, cached, or delivered through Cloudflare R2 for playback.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Beecon or schedule account deletion at any time. Beecon may limit or suspend access for serious or repeated violations, legal requirements, security threats, nonpayment, or conduct that creates material risk.
Where appropriate, Beecon will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal. Immediate action may be taken when needed to prevent harm or comply with law.
Service changes and availability
Beecon may add, change, pause, or retire features. The service is provided on an as-available basis, and uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Beta and experimental features, including passkeys while marked experimental by the underlying provider, may change or be withdrawn.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beecon disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any liability limitation will be applied only to the extent permitted by the law governing your claim.
Disputes, changes, and contact
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact Beecon and attempt to resolve the issue informally when permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protections and access to regulators or courts remain unaffected.

Questions & answers
Do I still own what I post?
Yes. You retain ownership. Beecon receives a limited license so it can store, process, display, and deliver your content according to the product and your privacy choices.
Can Beecon remove a post or account?
Beecon may act on content or accounts that violate these terms, create safety or security risks, infringe rights, or must be restricted by law.
Are subscriptions charging users now?
No. The current payment interface is preparatory and does not collect payment information. Terms shown during a future Stripe checkout will control the purchase.
What happens after I delete my account?
Your account first enters the recovery period shown in Settings. After that period, deletion is processed, subject to limited legal, safety, and backup retention.
How are disputes handled?
Contact Beecon first so the issue can be reviewed. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights or lawful access to regulators and courts.
